1 Hour - $90 / 1 ½ hour - $120

Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage the body. Swedish massage has been shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.

HOT STONE:

1 Hour - $100 / 1 ½ hour - $130

A stone massage uses cold or water-heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body. Stones coated in oil can also be used by the therapist to deliver various massaging strokes. Very relaxing and centering.

DEEP TISSUE:

1 Hour - $100 / 1 ½ hour - $130

Deep Tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension.

MATERNITY:

1 hour - $90

A gentle massage that will relieve back pain, fluid retention, aching legs so that you may feel your best during this special time.

1/2 hour - $45
